I've always gotten my sport and executive cars through Kris, and he has come through every time without fail. “I rented a Jeep Wagoner L. The vehicle was beautiful but I ran into some issues. 2 hours stuck on the road, 2 hours at the tow place. A lot of communication. At the end of the day Enterprise did the right thing. They refunded me for the towing which was $535! And they dropped the fee for the vehicle. It restores faith, shows just how reputable this company is.”

“Our flight from NYC to ATL was canceled, and we needed two cars last minute. No other rental company had availability. SIXT was the only one able to help us with not just one, but two cars. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but the guy at the JFK location was absolutely wonderful — he helped us through everything and gave us the best deals.
