“I had to get into a new car quickly and the thought of car shopping/going from dealer to dealer can be a daunting task. I was connected with Judd at Benjamin Motors and from start to finish, the process of leasing a new car was painless. I provided Judd with the types of cars I was looking at and where I wanted to be price wise. He came back to me with various options to choose from. When I asked about test driving cars, he set up appointments at 2 dealerships for me and had one of his drivers, Chris bring me to each location. Chris was knowledgeable about each car I was deciding between and provided me with great feedback to consider. Once I decided on the Nissan Rogue Platinum, Judd let me know that once all was approved, he would coordinate to have the car delivered to me. For scheduling reasons, I ended up picking the car up from Benjamin Motors, but having the option to have the car brought to me was great. I happened to be in a rental car at the time and Judd let me know that he would be able to return the rental for me so I could drive off in my car, another great display of customer service. “I needed to rent a car for my son who was visiting. I placed my order online several hours before the pick up. When I arrived I was greeted by Vincent. He acknowledged me immediately even though he was helping another customer.
The Car I reserved was no longer available but Vincent gave me an immediate upgrade. The process went very quickly and I was in and out within 20 minutes....

“We recently rented a car through AutoRentals (Hertz) at Milan airport. Everything went smoothly; the car was clean at pick up and check-in on return was quick and efficient. Staff in terminal was very friendly and efficient. Would use AutoRentals in the future. One tip: after booking, keep checking rates right up until a few days before you leave. We saved $300 on our two-week rental because the price suddenly dropped. The flexible cancellation policy on Auto Rentals gives you this advantage although be sure to double check the policy when you book your initial reservation.”

“I had a great experience with enterprise farmingdale. They are always quick to answer the phone and very helpful with any issues (minor) that I had. Maci was the primary person for my rental and she was very sweet, personable, and professional. She also explained things to me multiple times when I had a hard time understanding (LOL). Takara was also very helpful and kind, and gave some great recommendations for lunch when I dropped off the vehicle. I will definitely be renting from this location next time I visit home :)”
