“If you are a Northwell Health patient or not, this is the place to go, not only does the ordering Dr get your results back within a day, this is a walk-in Lab and the wait times are very short. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and most importantly, gentle to get you in, take your blood, and get you out very quickly. People who are not good with the sight of blood, they do make it a good experience, just look away, a small pinch and inside of 30 seconds you are done and walking out.”
“HUGE shoutout to Rose at the Labcorp inside Walgreens in Oceanside! She is an absolute pro. It’s taken us a long time to successfully get blood drawn for my 3-year-old with ASD, and today she made it happen. I can’t tell you how relieved and grateful I am. If anyone has a child who struggles with blood draws and is looking for someone patient, skilled, and compassionate, I can’t recommend Rose enough. “Mita is outstanding she went above and beyond to get the correct diagnosis codes so my insurance will cover it. My doctors office did not do it correctly. She spoke to my mds office asked to fax it many times and still my mds office did it wrong! Finally Mita got them to do it Right!! This is the only lab I come to! Mita customer service skills are outstanding!!!”
“This facility is SPOTLESS! More IMPORTANTLY the staff here gets an A++. They are attentive, friendly and very professional as well as gentle. I am always apprehensive when I have blood drawn, because it's hard to find my veins. However, I left from my appointment ELATED with a HUGE smile and feeling AWESOME! I made the staff aware how AWESOME they are, as I walked out. They ALL deserve a RAISE!!!!”
“I've seen some bad reviews so I'll just share my experience.
I hate needles and was anxious about going but when I arrived I didn't wait long and the staff was very helpful. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very kind, I didn't get her name. When I was done I felt very hot and she took care of me, gave me some water and an ice pack and made sure I felt ok before leaving.”
“The lab tech took her time with my daughter. She explained all procedures and kept my daughter talking as a distraction while drawing the blood. I highly recommend this location and kudos to the lab tech. I wish we got her name but she should Be recognized for her professionalism, patience and dedication to her job. She made this blood draw so much easier!”
“I don't know why this place gets such a lower score. The office is definitely clean the staf great to deal with. I had no issues whenever I go there. Jessica who assist me definitely a people person. That's something important because you need someone like that assisting and especially the fact that your health is in question. If I could have given more stars I would.”

“Facility is nice, plenty of parking. Park at the back of the building near entrance that is closest to the office (located on the first floor). Receptionist greeted us and treated us professionally. The blood technician, Betty, was very careful, patient and kind as she took blood from my elderly father who has very thin veins. She had to try twice and finally found a vein on top of his right forearm using a baby needle, most importantly not causing any pain.”
“I came here for a pre-employment drug test, and I was there when they opened. There were probably 10 or more people waiting in line but the office was very fast and efficient. The employees let us in as soon as they opened, and got to work right away, checking in three people at a time and worked through the line fast. They were professional and kind. I was very happy with my experience, especially since I was worried it would be very busy and a long wait.”

“Lost my DOT medical card . Walked in & asked if they could replace it . Had to grab cash since it was $10 for a new one but once I paid I was on my way . Easy process & they were accommodating”
“I wish there were more that one check-in machine. It takes a few minutes to check in, and some people take even longer to figure it out. Plus, you have to find the email with the QR code and get out your insurance card and ID.
I don't get how I got there 10 minutes early for my online appointment, but people who came after me got called first.

“Great service by multitasked phlebotomist.. just think the company should hire more workers and keep up w the office.. looks like most negative comments here and as I see while in the office it’s just the management of the office by the company it self.. they need to send more workers here to help with the short staff and upkeep w the look of the office and signs etc”
