“For Christmas we got my daughter an autostart for her car. I am always leery of sending my daughter someplace without me accompanying her because let's be honest she's a 17 year old. I'm always afraid places will take advantage of her.This was not the case at avenue sound. From the moment we walked in till the transaction was completed she was treated with nothing but respect. They explained step-by-step what they were going to do to her baby and went above and beyond with the install.Brian (I think was his name) did an amazing job. It looks like the car wasn't touched but now Auto starts from the same remote. My daughter did not want to carry a second remote and they made that possible.If you decide to have an auto start put into a late model I would definitely come here and give them a shot. They are so trustworthy and made her smile. They also have a really cute doggo I. The shop... So please say hello to Mr chocolate from us!”

“Honestly I wish I could give this store 10 stars out of 5! I had been having issues with the "call" function on my phone. Previously I had spent 2 hours in online chat with Cricket Customer Service; after their attempts didn't work, the online folks told me to visit a Cricket store in person. The first Cricket store I went to was not helpful so I came here, and it was like night & day! Tanya was incredibly kind and helpful. She listened to what was going wrong. She tested some functions herself, swapping SIM cards in different phones. She called Cricket's deeper tech support system herself on the store phone, and worked with me and the tech guy to test and troubleshoot further. This took more than an hour and she never lost patience. They eventually figured out it was a bug in the phone itself (some Samsungs just seem to lack a key update capability), and this allowed me to send the phone back while it was still eligible for return. I am so grateful for their help - and their kindness. Thank you!!!”

He got back to me right away on Yelp, answered all my questions, and even gave me advice about the type of mount to use given a picture of the room! “When I was a child, I loved Nintendo! I would play Mario, Contra, and the vast library of games it had to offer. But, now, that's a distant memory, or so I thought; "BattleGrounds" proved otherwise. First off, let me start by say, it was my brother who wanted to come here. Normally, your phone needed a new battery, you scheduled an appointment with Apple and you go.Not anymore, and not for Apples ridiculous prices! Now you can goto Battlegrounds! I knew of this place and been inside once, before the improvements. From the outside, the building looks impressive, with its large banner centered with authority. Inside is equally as impressive. The inside is a throwback to my childhood! Duck hunt guns, Nintendo games and even play station 3's are everywhere. I was also impressed with the tournament arena they had in the back. But after a swooned for a bit, my brother went to the counter for help. The specialist took us right away. He explained that you put down money for the battery and when it gets delivered, you pay them to install it. The process takes about an hour. That's pretty cool and they do it cheaper than Apple. I asked if they door all, game systems, computers and laptops. You name it, they do it, he said. I thought, that's pretty cool. I also asked about the gaming tournaments and he said they don't do them anymore because of COVID. It completely killed the following. That was really sad to hear. So after everything was done my brother and I thanked him and thanked tried to thank his partner. His partner, just looked up, grunted, and went on with his business completely ignoring us. I felt that was rude, but I wasn't going to do anything about it. I mean, I hope he doesn't treat all his customers like that. I definitely like the place, now I know where to go if I want to feel like a child and enjoy myself around all school games.”
“When my husband and I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile we were so happy to get new phones. Of course since they were different that the ones we had we spent alot of time asking questions. A few times we had to return to the store and the associate Myke was there to help us. He was patient with us and helped us every time with a smile. Now any time we have a question we will go back to him. Great store and associate to do business with.”

“When this store first opened I stayed away, mainly because of all the social media jokes about Target (and Walmart). I finally went In because I was looking for something and an online search showed that Target was about the only place I'd find it (it was an inexpensive screen protector for the Apple Watch 4). I was actually sort of impressed by how clean and well laid out the store was, with excellent lighting. Subsequently I started wandering other sections of the store, and there are now several items where I'll use this Target in preference to my favorite supermarkets and "big box discount" stores.It's a temptation to take a star off my rating because things are being rearranged. But I'll cut them some slack... they are renovating BEFORE the store gets a run down seedy look Oh! Forgot to mention, so far in using the store for something like 4 years, I have found every employee I've dealt with friendly, courteous and helpful!If I have one real negative? It is the layout of the checkout registers. There are two rows. To my eye it looks like the intent is for there to be one line for each pair of registers that line up with each other. Today several customers did not see it that way... I was in line where the near register was closed and a customer being rung up on the one beyond. While waiting, an employee opened the first register. Some -expletives deleted- wheeled past me and the guy ahead of me and essentially cut the line. I decided not to call her out and cause a scene.”

“The day before Thanksgiving (Wednesday) my 20 yr old refrigerator just died. I called P.C. Richard in Patchogue and salesman/manager Steve Narjanian was so efficient and helpful. He looked up to see if my current appliances were purchased there (which they were by previous owners) and immediately pulled up measurements etc., helped me obtain financing and arranged for early morning delivery on Black Friday. I got confirmation calls, texts and the drivers called 20 mins before. Bright and early Friday morning they pulled up and kindly and efficient installed my new refrigerator and removed the old one. 2 hours later the surface of my new fridge was extremely hot to the touch! I called the store on busy Black Friday and spoke to salesman/manager David Harrison. Dave was on it immediately, listening, researching and deciding the best course of action (service call? Exchange?). There was so much going on on both our ends, so we did a few "I'll call you right back's" and before I knew it, a secretary answering my call advised me that Dave had arranged for a return and delivery of a new refrigerator. Shortly thereafter when speaking directly to Dave, I asked when it would be delivered and he said the next day. I explained that I could not miss another day of work over this refrigerator and needed it to be delivered today (this was at 1 in the afternoon). By 4pm I got a phone call from the drivers that they were pulling up and they quickly and efficiently removed the first refrigerator and replaced it with the second one, which works perfectly. I was REALLY impressed and appreciative that Dave was able to get that problem fixed for me and a replacement delivery done in a matter of hours! Thank you so much to Dave, Steve, and the P.C. delivery guys for taking good care of me!”
