βBetter than expected. In past experiences, the aisles were crammed with Home Goods. Management seems more aware of the need for open space. Unlike during Holiday Seasons, where everything is everywhere.β
βI had to exchange a top for the third time and I got the same employee Cindy each time. She was so nice and helpful. She is quick and very friendly! She works at the customer service desk at the Lancaster Kohls. I really like her and she will help you with any question you may have about the store or merchandise. She makes shopping there a pleasure! Thank you Cindy!!!β
βIn the Sephora store in Kohl's Veronica took care of me. I needed all new make up. She spent so much time with me so everything would be perfect. She also stayed an hour past her quitting time! That is true dedication. I highly recommend her!!!
At Kohl's I needed a pair of boots and the person who helped me was Matt. I described to him exactly what I wanted and the first pair he handed me to try on were perfect!!!! Also my size is hard to find. I think this is the first time in my life I didn't have try on at least 5-10 pairs. They were perfect! Thank you Matt.

βThis store has done really great options for a reasonable price. It's seasonal merchandise is both cute and affordable. In years past they have also had Bill's gear. Highly recommend a stop and shop day!β
βMy wife and I love this store. You can get just about anything in here. The clothes are amazing. Even have plus size clothing so my wife can feel and dress beautiful too. They have a big and tall menβs section for her family members that are in that range. They have sections for every size including new born babies. They have shoes, housewares, home decor, perfumes and colognes, They have toys for kids of all ages. There is literally something for everyone. Plus they have Layaway. Which is Fantastic because who offers that anymore these days. That is exceptional in our opinion. We have a reward card which we love. You should go check them out. We go to the one on Dick Rd in Depew/Cheektowaga. We highly recommend them. Their prices are excellent too.β

βSuper nice store, lots of variety, but the cashier was the slowest I'd ever seen in my life. Maybe new, but would scan then talk to peers and then stop and talk. It was frustrating. She was nice, but had no sense of urgency.β

βLocated inside the Galleria Mall. This department store is well known and carries lots of brand name clothing mostly at retail price. They do decorate the store very nice for Christmas.β
βThe store is clean and organized. The staff was polite and had plenty of people working. You can't beat the prices and the cute stuff. They have a large selection of everything and the Christmas items are plentiful. The only thing I hate is the tight parking but love they still bag items for you at no charge. Love this storeβ

βI went into on Friday Dec 19 for a insert flange nut. Darrell looked for me but nothing available. As I continued to shop Darrell came back to me to tell me he had found it online at home Depot. I asked where the closest home Depot was because I am new to Fort Erie and he told me Niagara Falls. I went on shopping and Darrell came back to me that Rona has them listed online and I could check there. Above and beyond customer service. Truly appreciated. Thank you Darrell.β

βI come here weekly to stock up my dog's bones. They're cheaper here than anywhere online. I enjoy shopping at Marshalls and the staff are friendly. My only complaint is it's always so hot!! Please turn the AC on.β
βWow! You don't even feel like you're in Fort Erie. Very big and excellent for last minute gift options in our small town. Prices are very reasonable and the changing area is huge and extremely well lit. There's sections for home items, clothes, shoes, toys, self care and more. A good in between of Walmart and Marks for pricing and quality.β

I get it. They're not rich and shoplifting is a thing. Why deal with the hassle of cops when you just follow people and look at them askew?
I think it's hilarious that some of these reviews refer to the shop owners not being not LGBT friendly. Get your head out of your and open your own shop; see what happens. People should honestly take a look at what goes on at Sam's Club just a few doors down. Loaded shopping carts getting pilfered almost on the daily. But I digress...
I've found some good stuff to purchase like a money belt/travel purse, belts, a solid folding knife, and wallets.β
βI don't know what's happening with this store!!! All of a sudden, over the last month, the place is clean!! Like cleaner than I've ever seen it in all the years I've lived over here. It almost looks like someone who cares is actually running the place!! New workers? New manager? I don't know what it is, but keep it up!! It's awesomeβ

βFor over a couple of years now, I generally have not stepped foot in a grocery store ... I LOVE THE PICK-UP! I was picking up at Walmart on Transit in Williamsville/Clarence for most of that time, which is the most convenient location for me. But a few months ago they abruptly stopped pick-up services due to staffing shortages. This would not do, as I do a grocery pickup for our family of four nearly every week. So I quickly reset my online cart to this Transit Depew location, which thankfully has never had an interruption in their pick-up service. Once I started coming to this Walmart for grocery pick-up, even though it is a little farther of a drive for me, I haven't stopped. The quality of the pick-up service here is far better than the Transit Williamsville/Clarence service. The staff is much friendlier, and they take an extra minute to put your items more carefully in bags (if you bring your own bags), compared to the other Walmart that at times would ignore my bags and just chuck things in haphazardly. Sure, it isn't perfect bagging here, they are still on a timer, but it is at least adequate and very friendly. Plus they are more careful with leak'ables, bagging any cleaning products or other bottles in plastic first. Also, I never have to wait very long here for my pick-up order to come out, versus the other Walmart I had to wait over and hour a few times! Here my order is usually out in ten minutes or less from the time I check-in, on occasion a bit longer, but never over an hour wait. And overall I think this Walmart has a better variety of the kinds of products my family uses. We are all vegetarian, some vegan, some keto, and I think the plant-based and keto products here are more abundant than at the other store. It has been great trying new things, many of which have become regulars now in my pickup shopping repertoire here. And, like any Walmart, you really can't beat the prices on a lot of things. As grocery prices go up-up-up, yes, sadly Walmart's prices have gone up too. But comparatively to other grocery stores, Walmart generally still has everyone beat. So for the convenience and the savings, I will continue to regularly use this Walmart's pick-up service indefinitely. It is a really wonderful service for our busy fam', thanks so much for offering this FREE and FANTASTIC pick-up perk to your shoppers!β

βI absolutely love, always have and always will love family dollar! Granted some are better than others, but overall rating the entire chain, I give it 8.5 out of 10 maybe even a 9 out of 10. They are wonderful and very decent price if you're on a budget. ?β

βcompliments to the many happy, helpful and very hard working sales people a the JC Penny at Walden Galleria mall. One woman in particular is Eileen that works in the jewelry department. She went out of her way to help the girl ahead of me as I was browsing the earrings. I couldn't help but notice how kindly she spoke to me and the previous customer. βFor us it was a just a normal Target store. Nothing new. We like to get our snacks from Target. Doritos Dynamite was all gone except for one single piece so we got it(thankfully as it was a long drive for us!) Staff at the check out counter was a nice lady! I really loved her Solar Eclipse Tshirt!β

βGreat bartenders, cheap drinks and everyone is friendly here. They host events open to the public usually once a month with live bands. They also have fish fry Fridays from 4-8 every Friday that are delicious. Would definitely recommend.β
βIt's a Family Dollar - you get what you expect. However the employees are always kind to me when I go in and the new remodel is very nice. I think having a security guard would benefit other shoppers and the employees. The employees aren't paid enough to deal with sometimes dangerous people coming in and stealing.β
