“Home outlet is a great store with more affordable prices on cabinets, tile, windows etc. What makes this Depew location stand out from all the rest are their managers and employees. I have worked with Janet on multiple occasions and Al. They are amazing people and always take care of me. I have recently done a kitchen with their cabinets, an enclosed patio with all of their windows and a bathroom with vanity, subway tiles and marble floor. I would specifically recommend this Depew location above all the rest because of Janet and Al.”

“I give this store a great rating due to always being friendly and helpful I was referred by a friend of mine who spends alot of money at this store so I did the same bought kitchen cabinets and granite counters entry doors flooring and everyone loves my kitchen when they see it. the manager even helped me plan and design the kitchen with the correct sizes and everything fit perfectly and I have a deluxe kitchen at an affordable price with this happy experience I went to another location to purchase solid hardwood flooring you know the 3/4" inch thick planks the real stuff well I was assured it was durable and after having it installed for a month it sure wasn't living up to its standards but because that location did however help ease my mind about the longevity by issuing a credit toward the flooring which totally made it justifiable since the floors were already installed and couldn't be undone and also made an effort to work with the manufacturer with the fact that the store made this situation right out of something wrong I left a happy customer and I will be back when it's time to redo the bathrooms I have on the to do list”

From entering the building and being directed to the Rental/Repair desk, talking with the Rental/Repair guys, and the follow up telephone conversations with a very pleasant lady pertaining to tool warranty, all the employees were very personable and super accommodating. “Went to buy two mailboxes but didn’t find the one we wanted on the floor. The associate that helped us went above and beyond to try and find them for us. When he couldn’t, he offered to find similar but slightly more expensive mailboxes and then offered us a discount for the inconvenience. Being a manager in retail I definitely appreciated the phenomenal customer service, I wish I remembered his name to give him credit on this post.”

“My neighborhood home improvement store. It’s typically a good time there, no issues, and I can find what I want pretty easily by referencing the app. I have no problem with using self-checkout, so no complaints there. The only issue I’ve ever had there, and it was a big one, was an issue with some cabinets and a countertop I ordered several years ago, when I moved into my house. There was some sort of miscommunication between Lowe’s and the companies contracted to do the installations. The cabinet company said Lowe’s gave them inaccurate measurements. The countertop company, Stone Central, claimed the same thing. The kitchen took two months longer than expected to be completed, which wouldn’t have been a huge deal except my father was in the hospital and very anxious for updates on my kitchen renovation. It was supposed to have been completed months before, but it wasn’t and he died before it was done. I have no plans for using Lowe’s as a middleman again, but as a store, as a place to go for materials and whatever I need to do house and yardwork, it’s been great.”

I’ve never seen a cashier who makes people feel so welcomed like Subha. Her customer service is appreciated not just by me, I’ve seen every customer leaving the store with a smile in their face because of her.When i asked her why is she so nice, she said she likes to be the reason someone smiles everyday.She deserves a raise tbh!It’s my favorite store to go to because of people like her!”

“While I found the layout of this particular Home Depot a bit hard to navigate (the organization theme has thus far eluded me), the associates I've talked to here all seemed very knowledgeable and helpful regarding both general advice and locating specific items. I spent a long afternoon here the other day, and while I got done what I needed to get done, my biggest complaint was that it was hard to find an associate to ask for help. This wasn't because this place is understaffed; it's because whenever I found an associate close to the isle I needed help on, that person was invariably already helping someone else, so I needed to be patient and wait my turn. I think this speaks to how helpful the staff is here - they don't just point people in the right direction, but they're also quite willing to answer questions and give advice when asked. Bottom line: As a new arrival in Buffalo, I expect I'll be visiting Home Depot more than once, and I won't hesitate to come back to this location.”
