I stopped in from out of town and chatted with the owner and one of the men that works there about moving to Buffalo and the area. To my surprise, they spent like 30 minutes giving me super detailed information about the neighborhoods and suburbs which was very helpful! They were so kind! ♥️”
“I have an inexpensive watch that needed a new watch band, but the width is unusually narrow. Brought it here, and they had a few bands for me to choose from, where a few other stores had nothing at all. Don't know the man's name, but as others have noted, I wasn't rushed, he was very patient, and, in the end did me a big favor. As a result of such outstanding customer service, I will go back, with an antique necklace that is missing a stone and I haven't been able to find one to match. I don't know what the other customer in the store bought, something in a small box, but the festive wrapping job the female employee did was first class! Concern: This section of Main St has almost no businesses any more, not in the mall, nor on the street (even the dollar store, CVS and Rite Aid have left). They're not certain how much longer they'll be able to stay in business due to the lack of foot traffic without other businesses nearby and with so many workers now working from home. Please patronize them before it is too late!”
