“This review is for the WOMEN: I'm always on guard of being taken advantage of in settings that involve vehicles/inspections/maintenance. I was very impressed with their quality of service, respect, and the way they SHOWED me what was wrong with my car prior to inspection (All of what they showed me i already knew needed to be fixed, but played dumb to gage what type of shop they are). I have all faith in these workers and will continue to come back. This is a safe place ladies!”
“My family and friends have been here multiple times the work is always done well and quickly completed. But the real reason we keep coming back is Amy. She is so sweet, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. She is a staple to this business and the real reason there are so many return customers”
“CARS gives extraordinary service at very reasonable prices. Tim is an honest and great mechanic, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and a great all-around guy.
Five-star rating!”
“I went to look at SUV’s today, wasn’t expecting to find a SUV . But the folks Devon , Will C @ Nissan Vision in canadaigua , did a really great job getting me my new Nissan Rogue SV. Thank you guys so much for.”
“My son’s used car that we just bought a little over a month ago had the check engine light come on and I called to get it in to be looked at. I was very upset on the phone and Mike made me feel so much better. To just bring it in and don’t think the worst before we know. I’m a single mom and the mechanic I originally brought it too said it could be so many things so I got super upset but Mike made me feel so much better. I highly recommend just on the fact that he cares.”
“I love 30 minutes away from this place and I bring my car here for everything because George and his staff are the best! They don't take advantage of old people or women. They never try to sell me stuff I don't need”
“Absolutely incredible staff and service . Called a competitor and was told to replace and fix this would be over 2k. Brought to RF and they were under 1k! Absolutely amazing work . They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car and buffed the bumper for me . Will def bring my cars here in the future . Thank you Logan !”
“It's the best kept secret in Farmington. there's not any signage but the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the prices are some of the best in the area”

“Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from here, I had great help from both Tommy and Brian. They were very informative and gave a very strong trade value for my vehicle. My only hurdle was insurance which they have no control over. I would recommend this place for other people in the area.”
“It's officially my favorite auto part to go especially with hydraulic hose and fittings. Also they made it very smooth to communicate with me, as a deaf person.”
“Mendon Collision's customer focus and work quality is outstanding. I truly enjoyed my experience with Mendon Collision. Top of the line organization. Thank you for the work performed on my Z. Steve”
“Had the front end of my caravan repaired from an unfortunate deer collision at canandaigua Gerber and couldn't be more pleased with their expert professionalism
Brandon, the foreman, saw to it that my van was returned in an impeccable condition inside and out and far exceeded my expectations
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend”
“Best aftermarket auto parts shop around. Extremely knowledgeable Countermen who have doing this for many years. Very freindly and helpful, Great quality parts, and if they dont have it on the shelf, which is rare, they can have it that same day. I dont waste my time shopping anywhere else.?”

“I stopped into this location for maybe the third time over a few years the other day. I’ve always received great service but this time the team went above and beyond, including Brian K who installed my new windshield wipers, which have always been a pain for me. This place is out of the way for me but I’ll continue to support due to the great, helpful staff. Thanks!”

“I have always taken my vehicles to Saxby’s. The staff is great! Every quote I have received has been on mark and once work was actually completed at a lower cost once the area was opened up. They provide quality of work, always deliver on time and detail the car before returning it. The Saxby Team is fantastic to work with.”
