“RON IS THE BEST! without a doubt, this Verizon and Verizon in general is so lucky to have Ron, He is so knowledgeable, so Genuinely kind. He goes above and help. Even when it came to trouble we had down the line past the point of getting a phone in the store.when I lost my phone he was able to locate it from the store and tell me where it was. These days it’s hard to find face to face customer service, and it’s even harder to find somebody who cares. I love this store and I love Ron. Thank you for such an amazing customer experience.”

“Super happy with my experience here from start to finish. Both Mo and Connor are the absolute best, and they are so very good at what they do. I upgraded two of my devices here. MO helped me with one when it arrived, and Connor the other. This store and its employees are truly an asset to the Smithtown community … keep up the amazing work Mo and Connor!”

“Competent guys that do what they say they'll do. I've used them twice in the last few weeks. One case was a straightforward power supply issue on my old original X Box - fixing, not bad. My kids will love getting their games back. The second instance was a Samsung tablet that got bathed in Coke (don't ask!) and just wouldn't switch on anymore.it's back to normal. You'd struggle to get a second hand unit at that price. The data had to be wiped but if you had it synced / backed up with a Samsung or Google account then it's no biggie. I'd lost hope on this one, thinking the whole thing was knackered. The thing I like about this shop is that they are very clear with what's going to happen at every step. They look into the issue and quote for the repair. If you don't want to go ahead, you can leave them your unit and you don't have to pay for anything. If they go-ahead and successfully fix the issue as happened in my both cases then they charge you when they collect Simple effective I'll use them again”
