“We’ve gone to this particular store several times through the years and find it very reliable. I love that they greet me at the door, make an effort to understand what I’m looking for, and patiently show me every item until I’ve made my decision.
Recently, particularly terrific service was given by Kervin, and by Dave G.
Both were able to guide me to the items I was looking for and offer honest comparisons between various options. This is our go-to store!
Also, of note, it is spacious and easy to navigate if a customer uses any assistive devices (wheelchair, walker), unlike some other local stores that are more tightly packed and have throw rugs in places that can snag.
Overall five star experience whenever we go there!”
“Elle Ferenc was awesome!!! Besides being beautiful and friendly she was extremely knowledgeable. She worked with us 2 days in a row to help us find the perfect table for our home. Elle followed up with emails after we left that supplied us with complete pictures and measurements to further assist with our decision making…. “Super pleased. Store manager Tim assisted us. Super knowledgeable, pleasant, professional. He did not overwhelm us or try to upsell us outside our process range. We ended up taking advantage of the 90 day guarantee and there were no hidden tricks. We had the same delivery team both times. David and Angel were on time, pleasant and efficient even though our house was a bit challenging to get the mattress where it needed to go. Overall we are very pleased with the staff and service.”

“So happy with my Sleep Number purchase!!! Initially purchased a king Purple mattress at a local store, sales person showed us the most expensive mattress in the store but would have been $15k for a split king so settled for just a regular king. Wasn’t really happy with that purchase since it was so expensive and still wasn’t getting what I wanted-split king, so we went back to Sleep Number to look at all the options available and realized not only were they more affordable, there were different options to choose from and the service is top notch! We canceled our other order for the Purple and purchased a Sleep Number bundle instead, can’t wait for delivery!! Jaime was so helpful and answered all our questions and showed us different options with each mattress , as well as different pillow and sheet options so we knew exactly what we were paying for! All of their products appear to be such high quality so even if you’re not buying the most expensive mattress with all the bells and whistles, you know you are still getting a great product that will last a long time! My only fear is I will be so comfortable that I won’t want to get out of bed LOL!!”

They truly offered serious price matching, and gave me a truly competitive price. They responded quickly by email. 2. “Hours are a bit confusing between the regular showroom and the leather gallery. Also its set back a bit off Transit. However, after 11 years of passing this location, I saw a WELL ADVERTISED truck, remembered the jingle on radio and tv, and stopped in.
The showroom is MASSIVE! Hated it, but was looking at it from a firefighter perspective in closed quarters. Very easy to get lost or disoriented. However, I think they had tons of brands including Amish made. And it just went on and on.
Sales staff was super friendly and helpful, appeared the customization options are ENDLESS! I plan on going back this Sunday even after purchasing from a competitor to check out their leather options to share with family and friends.”

“How could I have not been more descriptive in my previous review? Let's be clear: this is the best hidden gem EVER. Now, I do like a lot of places, but if I were to pick the place with the best deals and coolest assortment of stuff, it would be this WB Mason WhattaBargain store. It's just AWESOME and barely anyone knows about it. Looking for any furniture? This place has the best office chairs, cabinets, storage bins, tables, filing cabinets, and so much more for so inexpensive prices! Looking for office supplies? I come here once per month and fill up a box with office supplies. Nothing has prices, and the best part is that nothing is ever certain. Every time I come here there is a completely different assortment of products. This is because a lot of the things they sell have been returned because they may be damaged or the incorrect item, or somewhere just didn't want them. Either way, everything is cheap, and Kevin, the guy who runs the warehouse is a great guy. Just this month he has added a complete (and huge) section of chef supplies and kitchen gadgets and tools. Prices are all still WAY lower than any retailer and this stuff is brand new. All teachers should be able to benefit from this place. My classroom is filled with extra supplies because of the astoundingly low prices and great products I get here. I would suggest this place more than any other place I've been to, it's just that good. And for the record, don't bother with other WB Mason Whatta Bargains, both the one in Boston and the one in Woburn don't have any office supplies and are more like a showroom. Still low prices, but more like retail, while this place is a complete discount store. Great service all the time and always great service from Kevin, he's the best! HIGHLY SUGGESTED. 5 stars for WB Mason. This place deserves 20 stars though....”
