“I went into the Liverpool Verizon location with a couple of problems: needed a charger for my smart watch and better phone/data coverage while traveling. Don showed me the wireless power share app on my phone which blew my mind. He then did a quote to change to the upper level of My Plan...not much of an increase in cost but more accessibility to towers! Game changers both!! Don answered all my questions and concerns with honesty, caring, and humor. Liverpool Verizon is the only place I go for phone questions! It's the best!!!”

“Had an issue with my phone cover bubbling up. Verizon store said it'd be expensive to repair and that I ought to consider a new phone. This one was under 3 years old. Wireless Connections diagnosis the problem to the battery.Flashlight had also quit working, because of the battery. They put a new battery in it for $ 80 + (labor, new battery, etc). Phone works fine, no issues. Flashlight works fine now. Staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with.”

She quickly got the phone I wanted (to begin the mirroring process) and told us about the discount for accessories. We continued to shop for a new case, screen protector and wireless charger. She expertly answered my questions (after reading multiple reviews on the phone I selected) . She also assisted with a question about my iPad’s mail issue.
