“I went into the Liverpool Verizon location with a couple of problems: needed a charger for my smart watch and better phone/data coverage while traveling. Don showed me the wireless power share app on my phone which blew my mind. He then did a quote to change to the upper level of My Plan...not much of an increase in cost but more accessibility to towers! Game changers both!! Don answered all my questions and concerns with honesty, caring, and humor. Liverpool Verizon is the only place I go for phone questions! It's the best!!!”
“We came in and we had wade as our manager. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Dealt with an insane amount of bs to get us switched over with them while he kept a smile on our face. I’m so happy we went through with it.

“Had an issue with my phone cover bubbling up. Verizon store said it'd be expensive to repair and that I ought to consider a new phone. This one was under 3 years old. Wireless Connections diagnosis the problem to the battery.Flashlight had also quit working, because of the battery. They put a new battery in it for $ 80 + (labor, new battery, etc). Phone works fine, no issues. Flashlight works fine now. Staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with.”
“I stopped at the Cricket store in Cicero. Xavier helped me with an issue I was having with my phone. He was so pleasant and very kind. He fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. “He put my mind at ease, I had dropped my phone, the screen had some cracks in it. It also was doing some weird things with dimming the screen. He had told me it was because of the cracks that it was doing that.
I have insurance on it, they came right to my house to fix it. It was fixed in like 5 minutes!”

“Our bearded customer service guy, was absolutely amazing. We made an appointment and was talen right away. It was Christmas Eve. He had me and my 2 kids laughing so hard the while time but he was also super professional. We teased my kids that we were getting them flip phones, it was hilarious ?. He processed my order and got us in and out in less than 30 min. Fastest phone upgrade I've ever experienced!”
“Scheduled an appointment to upgrade my iPhone X to a 15Pro. Arrived 10 minutes early and was immediately helped by Kenzie. She quickly got the phone I wanted (to begin the mirroring process) and told us about the discount for accessories. We continued to shop for a new case, screen protector and wireless charger. She expertly answered my questions (after reading multiple reviews on the phone I selected) . She also assisted with a question about my iPad’s mail issue.
My experience from start to finish was excellent! I recommend Kenzie (or Dan, the manager) for any of your cell phone or Verizon needs.”
