“The store had a calm atmosphere for me while I walked the aisles to get the items I wanted to purchase. Happily, the calendars were clearly visible right up front, and that was one of my key reasons for going to Staples, for the two-year pocket calendars. One item I couldn't find, so I asked an associate to help. I mentioned all the items I was seeking, so he actually walked me to all of them! The reason for four stars instead of five is because I did have some trouble finding an associate who wasn't busy. At checkout, I mentioned emails from Staples saying I had $5 in rewards available, and the cashier easily applied that to my purchase, so that made me happy!”

Even though the office was closing in just a minute when I arrived, Caitlin took the initiative to help with my urgent 50 tri-fold brochure order. She stayed 30 minutes late to ensure everything was printed and ready for me right then, as they wouldn’t open the next morning until after I needed them. “5 star review for the service at this post office location. I order live birds (baby chicks) through them and the lady called me at 8 am (30 minutes before opening) to let me know my chicks had arrived so they weren’t there longer than they needed to be. I’ve tried the Phoenix post office and others and they never called or reported my poultry arrived which is terrible. I will be using this office for now on with my online orders!”

During times of high demand, there will be a more urgent, rushed nature but that’s all of retail. “I have to give the biggest shoutout to Eric and Steven at USPS, they are the best. I was working on a nationwide marketing mail-out project and went to this post office four days in a row. There was so much tracking and organization involved, and I honestly wasn’t very familiar with the USPS process at the time.
Eric helped me every single day, walking me through everything step by step, and Steven jumped in whenever Eric was with other customers. They worked seamlessly together, keeping things moving so efficiently that there was never even a line. I never once felt overwhelmed because they made everything clear, manageable, and stress-free.
It’s rare to see that level of patience, professionalism, and consistency, especially with such a complicated project. Eric and Steven turned what could have been (and was) an overwhelming task into a smooth and honestly positive experience.

“Delivery came on time and the drivers placed the items where I requested. They were kind and professional making sure I received everything I ordered. One box had a small rip but he opened it there to make sure there were no scratches. I like the app they use. You can see where the truck is on a map and they let you know when they are almost there as well. I would definitely use this service again and recommend using them.”
