Amanda from the Brewster store was amazing! Went out of her way to take care of the issue I had shipping a phone back! Answered all my questions.

No one was there at 9:00 AM Tuesday morning. I arrived at 8:55 and left at 9:10. Another customer who arrived at 9:00 left at 9:05. I certainly understand someone running late, but customers have to get to work, too. Not acceptable for a shipping business.
