“Today was our first time in this town and Ms. Cheryl was such a delite. While we waited our turn in line she helped each person selflessly and courtesly. We didnt know how to print from the phone and she explained it so clearly and professionally without making us feel silly for not knowing how to do it. The world definitely needs for cheryls! Would return 10 more times just because of her!”

“I needed some unusual large 2-sided business cards for an upcoming trade show. I looked around online and didn't see anything I wanted, and so many reviews recommended using a local printer I decided to go that route. So glad I did! I sent my artwork .pdf via Minuteman's 'Send your files' page, got a quick reply and invoice, and a few days later had my cards in hand and looking great, despite my narrow margins which Joe took care of perfectly. Highly recommended!”

“My task was to digitize old, somewhat curled up World War II pictures my father had taken as a B-17 pilot based in England. The pictures had been grouped into various categories and some of the photos had notations on the back. One of the reasons for having the pictures digitized was to be able to upload them to a website dedicated to the B-17 .My contact at Joseph Merritt was Rosemary Cairo. Her knowledge, expertise and thoroughness made the process uncomplicated and smooth. Before proceeding with the project she emailed copies of how the photos would appear and the cost to do the work. She kept the photos in their categories, paired the photos with their notes on the back when needed and offered options to enhance the quality of the images. Once completed Rosemary made them available on line for downloading and on memory sticks.Joseph Merritt in general and Rosemary in particular did a wonderful job and I am grateful for that.Sincerely,Peter Thompson”

“Very reliable, available, and communicative. Prices are reasonable, but the excellent service is invaluable. Highly recommend. Clean store and UPS trucks there often. Great location and plenty of parking. I use their virtual mailbox service for my business. This is a must-have for your business. I check mail while traveling using the app. Matt and Suzanne are nice people.”

Laura spent hours of her time going through invitation options, ribbon details, envelope designs and everything in between. “Excellent customer service from the Somers staff! I called just an hour before they were closing and asked if I had time to get a package to Rhode Island next day… I believe it was the manager who answered the phone, “yes” was his answer in his words and tone! He advised me to try to make it there before 5:30 and I did! I was warmly greeted by Paul who quickly assisted me in labeling my package with attention to detail in ensuring the address was correct and also taking the time to price out the fees for different delivery times. He was so pleasant and eager to assist. I highly recommend this location!”

“Chris is exceptional! What can I express when discussing his remarkable efforts and dedication to our out-of-state business owners? Chris is the sole individual I can commend. If you find yourself out of state and, regrettably, others are unable to access your location or deliver your mail to you with courtesy, then it is imperative that you visit a UPS branch!”
