And since I'd bought the original screen-protector at this shop, the tech replaced it, fitting the new one in place like brand new. Less than five minutes, only ten bucks. Amazing.”

What stood out most was that Harold never rushed or pressured her. Instead, he provided her with clear information and additional support so she could understand her options and make an informed decision for herself. He respected her autonomy while making sure she felt supported every step of the way.
Harold was also incredibly patient in helping my aunt learn how to use her phone. He took the time to show her how to navigate iCloud and helped her better understand how she could recover additional storage space on her current phone. He explained things in a way that made her feel comfortable asking questions and confident in making decisions about what she wanted to do next.
His genuine kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made such a positive impression on both of us. His exceptional customer service ultimately resulted in my aunt feeling comfortable and confident enough to purchase a new cell phone.

“My Macbook screen died out of nowhere and I just wanted to get it fixed ASAP. All of the shops around me were closed so I was so happy when I saw that Ethan's store was open. Even though he wasn't able to fix it right then and there (of course - these things take time), I was relieved because he explained what was going on and I knew I was in good hands. There were some issues with shipping for the replacement part but Ethan was transparent and kept me posted on what was going on. Now my laptop is as good as new, thanks to his help! So happy I found this place and I highly recommend his services.”
