“Store manager and Chris were phenomenal. I came in looking for an upgrade for my phone, and Chris was able to easily walk me through everything and apply the appropriate discounts. I then realized later that night that I had bought the wrong sized phone case and separately wanted to take advantage of additional discounts (including significantly discounted Apple Watch that came with my phone upgrade). After running back to the store with only 10 minutes left until closing, both Store manager and Chris were incredibly kind in correcting my purchase and allowing me to purchase more items. I am looking forward to coming back to AT&T if and when I ever need their assistance again!”

On another note- the customer service ONLINE was awful. I asked for help, they kept me on the chat for quite awhile after saying they could complete my requests then concluded that they could not help me at all.”

“I don't get it, why do we tip the people at the supermarket and not the people at Verizon store who are by in large,,talented hard working younger people incredibly skilled at at programming our phones the guy I had in Bridgehampton ny , I'm forgetting his name of course was focused and work with me for an hour program my phone I I hope he makes a commission on a sale and enjoys the tip I gave him ps25 tip we used to give 10 years ago doesn't care the same weight with inflation crank out of 20 or 40 if you can afford it”
