“I bought a trek for my wife on her birthday and the owner was very helpful, respectful and courteous with us. I forgot his name, he's the man of asian descent. The repair/ tune up individual, i forgot his name, he is the man of Hispanic descent, was also very respectful, courteous and very efficient at his job. The bike I bought her was at a reasonable price and They threw in a few extra goodies for my wife's birthday for free as well!!!

They are right off the green way so I’ve dropped off my bike several times on my way home after a long ride and I’m need of replacing breaks pads, disc rims etc. If you’re on the way to empire trail and need a fix it’s along the way. They are always helpful and super easy to talk to.”

“Robin was great in explaining to me exactly what the potential bike repairs were for and all the options if I wanted to upgrade. The repairs were done in an hour and it looks as good as new. I will definitely come here again!

I just went to see Robin again about bike that needs a lot of repairs. He was extremely detailed in explaining to me exactly what was wrong and the pros/cons in buying a new bike or repairing the old one. It's such a good feeling to know that I have a reliable neighborhood bike store!”

“This bike shop is amazing. We called for them to build a bicycle we purchased online. They took us in the same day and had the bike built, tuned, and ready for pickup the next morning! They treated us like family, made sure we understood all aspects of the new bike, and were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.
We bought some accessories for the bike and they mounted everything we bought from racks to bells to water bottle holders! They have a full stock of clothing, bicycle accessories, bells, tools, replacement tires, and a wide selection of bicycles for purchase, from starter to high end. We instantly became life long customers! This family owned bike shop really cares about their customers. Extra points for having an adorable doggy!”

“Can’t get enough of how amazing this bike shop is. Luis the owner is super knowledgeable and always provides the best service on every occasion that I visit the shop. One of the pegs broke on my bike during one of my rides & I visited 3-4 bikes shops and no one could fix it correctly. Once I paid my first visit and saw how Luis was explaining to me what exactly happened and how it come be fixed. I became a returning customer after fixing my bike and getting me out of that ordeal. “Cannot say enough positive things about this place! On a new road bike and my first ride in 10 years, had an unfortunate clip in SNAFU by the bridge that damaged my bike and made it unrideable. Thankfully I was within walking distance of the shop and within an hour it was completely fixed, along with a set of pedals that were a better match for my shoes/bike. I rode about 30 miles after without a hitch and the team was kind and friendly the entire time.”

“Ordered the Bruzer on sale over Christmas. Couldn’t be happier. Just wanted a simple easy to use commuter that I can ride with flats on it. The pinion is way smoother than my Rohloff hub in my old bike was that I had and this bike feels way lighter and better balanced.
I added some new Surly bars, my Brooks saddle, some Ergon grips, and my bags. I also added some tubeless tires. It’s such a nice quiet ride that is super fast and comfortable.”
