“This was the experience I had renting a Van! We had some last minute changes for a trip with my church and needed a van last minute. I showed up first thing in the morning and Explained the whole to Gloria (She’s the best!) and even though there’s was nothing available on site she made a few calls and within minutes she was able to make it happen thanks to Gloria, Big Kevin and Cesar The Trip was a success and there’s wasn’t any delays I Recommend this Place 10/10 ?

“I first checked the reviews as I do every business I am about to use for service. Every previous review spoke of Ray and how delightful he was. So I had the greatest pleasure of experiencing Ray first hand and his service was impeccable. He was very professional and precise. Also a great sense of humor. Would highly recommend for your rental needs.”
“I recently had an experience with Enterprise that left me with mixed feelings. A day before my reservation, Adrian called to let me know that I should expect a wait due to limited inventory. While I appreciated the heads-up, I still don’t understand why customers are able to make reservations when the location doesn’t actually have cars available.
Despite this frustrating situation, Adrian provided outstanding customer service. He handled the issue professionally, treating each customer with patience and respect. Even though I had to wait four hours for my rental, Adrian remained courteous, kept me updated, and did everything he could to assist.
While Enterprise needs to improve its inventory management and reservation system, Adrian’s exceptional service made a frustrating experience much more manageable. I was very pleased with the service I received from him. Enterprise is really lucky to have you . Thank you, Adrian!”

“I gave this Enterprise 4 stars because of the staff are great, friendly and I’ve seen them handle some stressful situations, location is perfect and prices are reasonable. Now the two reasons i gave 4 stars and not 5 is because they’re closed on Sunday which is a bummer but understandable ( staff need their rest ) and not having the car you book. Usually they’re able to substituted the vehicle but sometimes the substituted sucks. I booked one recently and thought the substituted vehicle would be ok. It wasn’t, it was an uncomfortable ride for my poor passengers, but I agreed to take the vehicle and a 5% off which is pretty much change for an homeless man. Overall, an even 4 stars.”
“We walked in after 12 pm on a Saturday in desperate need of a car due to our car currently being repaired . The manager Sean welcomed us in and advised us they are closed but stated they had an available car rental for us. He was SUPER patient and laid back. We were having issues with our credit card and he reassured us to take our time and to not worry. The car was clean and ready within minutes. We thanked sean a bunch of times and he advised us “Its the weekend i want everyone to have a car” Great experience and Sean definitely needs a promotion/ raise! lol”
“Only reason for why i given this company a five star cuz of a manager at gunhill rd & allerton ave that not only polite, know how to greet people, break down details but he's a one man army machine where if it's ever busy he still make you feel that ur time n business is much appreciated . So the company in general got some decent prices but that fifth star belongs to manager Ray. I recommend the company in general but of the manager at that site in the Bronx i advise you to experience the service first hand.”

“The staff is very nice, they eagerly answered questions etc…we picked up the SUV we wanted. Drop off process was good too. Marcus took care of that and made sure we didn’t leave anything behind in the car. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. Rental with a debit card is a little more meticulous but credit is faster. All went well.”
