“Went to this store right before the big snow storm as I procrastinated buying salt. The gentlemen at this store did not overcharge me like the store up the block was trying to take advantage on patrons. He was also kind enough to take the two bags I bought to my car. Honest business and for that they'll have my business and I recommend 👌.”

“I have never experienced this level of customer service. Every time i walked into any paint store, its hard to get any help. I made it to the store 10 minutes before closing and Lenny was so patient and helpful. He never made me feel rushed and went above and beyond. Unfortunately they did not have all the quantity of paint I needed so I had to go back to pick some up. Lenny and Carlos arranged for the paint to be delivered to my house first thing in the morning. Outstanding customer service!”

“I love this hardware store. The first time I did business Kevin put a heavy duty lock on my door. He gave me the price and I was like Craig and Smokey in Friday DAAAAAAMN!!! lol But hear me out it was worth it because I recently called the ambulance on 4th of July and nobody came until two hours later. I woke up to my door getting broken into. I ran so fast and got to my door . By the time I got to the door it was the fire department trying to get in only to brake two screws. I called new generation immediately and Kevin told me that he can fix it. FDNY used a crowbar and that couldn’t damage my lock.”

“I had a really great experience here. The paint I wanted wasn't available until the next day, but that wasn't a problem. I went back the next day and I got exactly what I needed. The woman who helped me they next day showed me exactly the roller type for each type of paint and surface as well as the brush. She showed me the chart that had what rolls and brushes went with what so it wasn't like she was just trying to sell me more than I needed. She helped me carry out the paint to my car and was just overall very pleasant. This store is a little out of my way, but I'll definitely use them again. I really felt like they took their time with me and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. They are also pet friendly!”
