“Very good service given by the young man in the back with the braids I believe his name is lawranc. I came in with my mother to fix some information issues & also trace back checks. It took some time to get service but after seeing him help 2 or 3 customers before me I asked how long the wait was. He let me know he was the only banker available and that he would be with me shortly. I can't speak for the other rep walking around but I can see they are a busy branch and the rep took his time to fix the issue. He actually called me to follow up yesterday which reminded me of the good service we received. Parking at his branch is horrible however”
“Came to open a bank account. The staff was very helpful and worked well with our questions and small hiccups. This place can get packed so it's best if you get here earlier than later. They have security and three ATM machines. The establishment is clean and orderly. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. Their legal department does not work on the weekends. Yes, everyone is bilingual.”
