“I ordered postcards online for same-day printing from this Staples location, but one of the printers was unexpectedly down. Jessica from the print department called me promptly to explain what was going on and offered several helpful options for getting my postcards printed and shipped. She even kept me updated on the possibility of a repair later in the day.
Although I ultimately decided to cancel the order since it wasn’t urgent, I was genuinely impressed by the communication, professionalism, and care I received. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find—especially at large chain stores—this experience really stood out. Huge thanks to Jessica and the print team!”
“This store has amazing customer service! We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“This was my first experience sending a barrel down for friends/family. After some research of finding a shipping company I came across Dennis shipping (Bronx location). I requested a pick up online,and received a call the next morning to select a pick up date. I went to the location to pick up two barrels, and the staff were polite.The two guys who picked up the barrels was pleasant as well (remember to tip them whatever you can spare). Overall my experience was pretty good. I called to follow up on arrival time and they said 2 weeks to get to Kingston and it definitely arrived on time. My friends/family picked up a few days after arriving at the Wharf. Most importantly it was affordable to send, customer service was good,and nothing came up short. I will use Dennis again.I recommend.”
“The best employees work here! I was pressed for time and unknowledgeable of the process. Chassity in the Copy Center was courteous, very knowledgeable and patient. I walked away with a perfect product. She didn't let me settle or give up until what I had in mind came to fruition. Kudos to Chassity for her hard work and dedication to the consumer!”

“I visited this location on April 1, 2025, and had an outstanding experience, despite not being from the area. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service provided by a gentleman named Will. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel very welcome. It's rare to encounter such personalized and attentive service. I highly recommend this place, all thanks to the fantastic service from Will!”

“This place is by far the worst of the worst. We mailed a package to my daughter and they put somebody else’s stuff in our box and charged us $205 to mail it to her and when she got the package and opened it up, it had somebody else’s belongings in it which brought the package weight too damn near 20 pounds. Our package didn’t even weigh 7 pounds and we had to pay for somebody else’s stuff and didn’t even know about it until today when my daughter received it and opened it and called me and asked me about it, if I could give this place zero stars I would and I would highly recommend that nobody use this place to ship packages from !!! We are out of over $100 because their employees are dumb as a doorbell we feel like we’ve been robbed and what about the poor person who trusted them with their package and they never received it because it was added in mine ? I will never do business with them again and would never suggest them to anyone this employee who name I will not mention in this review does not need to be working in this line of work making mistakes like this and costing customers money”

“They have good service overall, and are friendly. It states close is at 7pm. Ive been there 3 different times at 5pm; and the ladies close the store and walk out. They dont say when they will be back or anything. If they on lunch or break, someone should keep the doors open for customers.”

“The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”

“I have a PO Box at this location, and was expecting a package. However, the tracking info was giving me a different PO location.
I went to the window and had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Javier Velazquez. Mr. Velazquez listened and explain to me in detail the process, why I was receiving a different PO location. He checked my info and retrieved my package. I left the PO with my package (I thought it lost).
Mr. Velazquez wasn't nasty and didn't have an attitude. He was very helpful and informative.

“For the first time, I had to send a phone back to Samsung as part of a trade-in. I had a little trouble finding a Fedex Shipping Center, so I called PostNet in Parkchester (Bronx Location) and spoke to Alana, who was very friendly and advised me that everything I needed to get done, could be handled at her location. When I got there, I was greeted very friendly and respectfully. Business was handled extremely fast and professional. It is hard to find places that do good business and exercise excellent customer service! Well, I found it all in one place at PostnNet with Alana.
