“Picking up my rental truck was so quick and efficient at this location. I had originally booked a rental at a different location but their location system was down so when they sent me to this location I was expecting bad news again. Gloria took the terrible experience I was having and turned it around quickly. She greeted my husband and I with smiles and explained the process thoroughly. I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name who gave us the truck but he was also very kind & explained the process throughly as well which we appreciated since having a previous problem with U-Haul. I will definitely be returning to this Penske location.”
“I first checked the reviews as I do every business I am about to use for service. Every previous review spoke of Ray and how delightful he was. So I had the greatest pleasure of experiencing Ray first hand and his service was impeccable. He was very professional and precise. Also a great sense of humor. Would highly recommend for your rental needs.”

“It's a tiny office hole in the wall inside a auto repair shop but I was served quickly and was driving out in the rental van within 20 minutes. The guy was very nice, informative and to the point. Getting in and out of that tight place with the van was not easy but manageable. Return of the vehicle was smooth and pain free. My only negative feedback was the position of the fuel gage jumping from half tank to a quarter tank within driving one block from the place. Turn on the vehicle and wait for the fuel tank level to settle before driving out. Good place to rent moving vehicles. I recommend this place.”

“Although the location employees were excellent. I definitely believe I was overcharged. I had an $19 van estimated 20 miles and only did close to 10 and brought it back full gas and was charged $75.00”

“Only reason for why i given this company a five star cuz of a manager at gunhill rd & allerton ave that not only polite, know how to greet people, break down details but he's a one man army machine where if it's ever busy he still make you feel that ur time n business is much appreciated . So the company in general got some decent prices but that fifth star belongs to manager Ray. I recommend the company in general but of the manager at that site in the Bronx i advise you to experience the service first hand.”

A lot of the over rental places you can book a truck and show up and it's been already given away to another customer! 5 stars ?”
“First let me start by saying thank you Joe & Dennis, they saved my day. When I got there Joe was very kind and attentive, he went the extra mile to call Uhaul customer service because of a mistake they made on my contract and was trying to charge me almost $100 extra. When he call the Uhaul customer service the agent was very rude and giving him and attitude she was no help at all, I wish I would have taken her name down. Even with all of that he contacted Dennis which helped me out immediately, they didn’t have to do all that extra work since it was a mistake on the Pennsylvania office where I picked up. They could have easily told me to call Uhaul and handle it on my own but they were the kindest to me. Thanks again Joe & Dennis the world needs more people like you, will definitely be coming back.”

“Definitely recommend this location, it is a multiple business location ( Uhaul & Restaurant) ran by the same family and I rented about 30 minutes before they closed the Uhaul portion. The manager was definitely being pulled in so many different directions but was very polite was multi tasking got me all taken care while handling the restaurant issues at the same time! He was very friendly, very professional, even though he was so busy I never felt ignored or forgotten about! Again very pleased with the service I received and will definitely be back to try the food and for all my uhaul needs!”

“This was the experience I had renting a Van! We had some last minute changes for a trip with my church and needed a van last minute. I showed up first thing in the morning and Explained the whole to Gloria (She’s the best!) and even though there’s was nothing available on site she made a few calls and within minutes she was able to make it happen thanks to Gloria, Big Kevin and Cesar The Trip was a success and there’s wasn’t any delays I Recommend this Place 10/10 ?
