The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization that regularly delivers mail and packages to over 157 million addresses across the United States and its territories. With over 30,000 retail locations, USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery services while constantly innovating to improve customer experiences. While some customers report long wait times and short staffing at certain post office locations, the service and professionalism of the postal workers is often praised. Employees like Ms. Diaz are described as friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, making the mailing process smooth and stress-free. As long as customers treat the workers with respect, they tend to receive the same in return. Some issues noted include rude delivery workers, package theft by "porch pirates" in the neighborhood, and a lack of self-service options like kiosks or vending machines. However, the overall sentiment is that the post office staff does their best to assist customers, even if resources and staffing are sometimes limited.
They need more clerks at the windows to move the customer's line.... 20-25 minutes standing on line is way too long....

The worst, now their hand writing political statements on my mail. These people should be fired. The delivery driver is beyond lazy, never goes to the door, and never leaves a notice, saying attempted delivery.
