THEY ARE HIT AND MISS. SOMETIMES GOOD FAST SERVICE BUT TODAY A WORKER WHO REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO USE A REGULAR DELIVERY. THEY FORCED THE $10.69 DELIVERY WHEN THE WEIGHT OF THE OBJECT WAS LESS THAN AN OUNCE AND COULD HAVE EASILY BE SENT FOR $0.78. SMH
