She helped me get my account out of the negative because I was having issues with depositing at an ATM, explained everything in a way I could understand, and helped me close out my account and issued a check for the remaining balance same-day. I would give 6/5 stars but unfortunately since I am unable this review will have to suffice.”

It is not every day that one encounters a professional with both a sharp mind and a generous heart. His actions not only reflect his strong work ethic but also highlight the exceptional leadership and customer-focused approach that make Apple Bank a trusted institution.

“Just recently I had the blessed fortune of meeting Momin and Sean on Ave. J in Brooklyn, where they were promoting some of the very salient features of the Flushing Bank Family.Their friendly, simple, and honest presentation, further enticed me to enter the bank for the first time in my life and see for myself, if "What you hear is what you'll get!" Again, I received a second dose of friendliness, simplicity, and honesty.This came from a man of integrity, an excellent ambassador, by the name of Mr.Derek Faust. Derek spent a great deal of time with me, describing the many positive facets of this bank, without putting any pressure on me. “I had a major issue with some expired credit cards. I called my website provider and payment gateway service but they were unable to help me. Once I called BAMS, my payment processor Alex left me feeling confident they would be able to help me recover expired funds. Sure enough, less than 5 days later, they managed to recover a good portion of it. They kept me updated throughout and provided a clear spreadsheet for me to follow up with. I’m very happy with the service I recieved and the knowledge and understanding they applied to fix my particular problem. I should have called them sooner!
