The staff is extra friendly and professional. Fees are minimum. As the clientele is not huge they get to know you and treat you without rush and as family. They have many resources such as financial workshops, small business workshops and loans, free tax preparation, mobile app where you can deposit checks, among other great features. “I've been banking with Municipal Credit Union for many years and I have never had a bad experience with them. The employees are friendly and very accommodating to the customers. If I was given the choice to choose from a major bank and a credit union, hands down I would choose the credit union. The rates of financial products are reasonable. A majority of Municipal Credit Union accountholders are city, state and federal employees. However, an accountholder can endorse its immediate family members to become accountholders without having to work for the aforementioned employees.”
