Very efficient. Self service shipping with a barcode is very easy. If you need help, employees walk you through it. Also had to print a prepaid envelope shipping label too, and the employees were a great help with that also. Great place!

It takes a while for the associates to get to me sometimes, but I have always had a pleasant experience when interacting with them. Friendly and helpful vibes.
