She closed 10 mins early that I know of after I carried a 50 pound box almost a mile. She needs to be fired. This is the 4th time this has happened and it's the same woman working every time.

Shut it down. If you can’t abide by the basic principles of opening/closing times, you should not be in business. In the meantime, a word to the wise, avoid, avoid, AVOID.
