She took the time to thoroughly explain the features of the phone my daughter was interested in, walking us through each process step by step. “I just went to this store on Xmas eve and Zen helped me connect my new phone to T-Mobile. They close at 5pm that day and I came in 445 or 450pm. I just got the phone at 4pm (2ND DAY FEDEX)and he went and helped even though it was past 5pm. I'm very grateful to Zen and Vince working overtime”

Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the manager, but we were helped by a wonderful associate named Aja — she was absolutely amazing. She explained everything to us, guided us through the whole process, and even stayed after hours to make sure everything was done properly.
We were setting up two lines and getting two phones, and she handled everything professionally and with a great attitude. She made the whole experience smooth and even fun!

“Something told me to check on this stores review because of the customer Lyubov that left such and insulting lying review on these guys. These gentlemen tried helping her in every way because her billing was a tad bit messed up due to t-mobile funky system and she kept on so rude even insulted the manager about her $800 bill being his monthly pay cheque which he defended himself and told her to not watch his pockets that this is professional business and he does not want to make it a personal matter. She was then using his personal cellphone for her to talk to customer service with which she kept insulting and pointing fingers in his face where he then asked for her to let customer service know to call her by her personal phone so he can have his cellphone back and go back to his place of work. This team is super nice. Super attentive, very good gentlemen. Awesome location.”

“A short stop+a quick word to review. I had to come out and replace and upgrade my old Galaxy Z Flip 3 to the newer Z Flip 6. The top of my Z Flip 3 had stopped functioning so therein lies the reason for the stop. Justin was the rep that helped me out and was patient. Unfortunately, they didnt have the phone in the particular color that I was seeking and I had to go to the Kings Plaza location, but that didnt stop Justin from being helpful. He let me keep USB-C dongle that allowed me to use a mouse to access the top apps on my phone. He also helped me set up my Z Flip 3 replacement phone that I received. A good rep all around. “had a great customer service experience with reggie help me out with my problem. what i found annoying was the store manager kilo kept trying to have reggie help another customer because i was sitting down and i wasnt next to reggie. she assumed he was free and kept asking him that’s not a good customer service experience that would mean he wouldn’t be focus on me”

“This T Mobile store actually saved my vacation! My smartphone had no reception or internet in Manhattan. According to Telekom from my home country everything should work, so they weren't much help. I went into the business with few expectations and was more than convinced. My problem was immediately identified and a solution was quickly worked on. I was provided with a great offer and a 5G capable smartphone. And all of this without a contract or monthly fees. My vacation can now continue without worries.
