“I came here looking for a particular high-end mechanical pencil for a gift. I mistakenly thought they had it in stock in the store but it turned out only to be in stock online. Not to worry! The man in the shop phoned a colleague in their warehouse and 15 minutes later, I had my pencil. You don't find service like that in many places.”
“Ridgeway is the best. What a hidden treasure. Michael is nothing short of an expert in typewriters. I take great pride in my collection and trust him with my most precious machines. He is thorough and meticulous. His prices are extremely reasonable. I have visited many repair shops/technicians and have the utmost respect and admiration for his work. I would use him in a heartbeat. It's true that the garage is cluttered as other reviews have noted, but all of my machines have returned in immaculate condition. Don't think twice!”
“I come here to mostly to make copies, send faxes, and Fed Ex's. The lady at the front is always nice, as well as the Asian man ans the other employees. They are a little mom and pop store so it's really nice to be able to find a place like this. Besides the above services it's neat that you can still find some fun old fashion games and toys like Gumby.”

“Based on my experience. Natalya, Alex and other sales person was nice and kind, which is rare now days in our Brooklyn area. Prices decent not cheap not expensive. People who saying expensive have full freedom to buy furniture where they like- free country, I don't understand people who put bad reviews and never bought from this place based on price point. My furniture was delivered on time, delivery guy called me and informed me ahead of time that he will be in 30 min at my place.
