Staff is slow, mean and I was waiting for TWO HOURS just for them to tell me they couldn’t print what I ordered. They should close the photo department.

Everyone time I call, I'm on hold exactly 15 mins before it disconnects. I realize it's programmed that way. It would be so helpful to be able to speak with someone on the phone instead of having to visit in person just to see if your Rx is in stock. Like why have a phone number?
