Eliza was very helpful while I was trying to upgrade my phone. We ran into a few issues with my account but stayed patient throughout the whole process. The best customer service I ever received.

I don't have spectrum any longer, but my mom and my mother in-law still do. Was just in last week returning equipment. Clean and bright, I've always been able to get in and out fast. Some staff are more helpful than others.
