My T-mobile rep made my life so much easier and I really appreciated that. I noticed she has been with T-Mobile since 2008 and I can definitely see why because she is REALLY good at what she does. We are all happy T-Mobile customers now and I am happy when my family is happy.”

“My customer service rep was Mr.Parker and when I first entered the store with my son Mr.Parker immediately came over friendly, welcoming and understood what at age 70 and apprehensive about a new phone knew what to be done. He worked with my son and I for over 2 hours and always open to explaining all the concerns I had about the different types of phones. “A Employee named ISO helped me out moment I walked into the store, greeted me and asked what I could need help with. He took care of me and made sure I understood everything he was saying, showed me step by step what I will be paying and the date, throughout the process I asked a good amount of questions and he responded with positive feedback/ answers. “I recently went to this T-Mobile store to upgrade my Samsung S20 Note, and I had a really good experience. Not only were the employees kind, they literally spent hours trying to help me get all of my information transferred to my new phone. And when I mean hours, I mean HOURS! 😂 For some reason, my messages just did not want to transfer over.
Each employee took their time helping me while also dealing with a busy flow of other customers who needed assistance. Nobody made me feel rushed, and they kept trying until we got everything figured out.
I ended up with a good plan, a new upgraded phone—the Samsung S26 Ultra—and a good credit toward my new phone when I added another line, which worked out well for me.
Thank you guys for taking the time to help me out and being so patient through the whole process. I really appreciate it, and I’ll definitely be coming back!”
