“I had a fantastic experience at T-Mobile thanks to Jay and the entire team. Before heading to the store, I called to confirm they had the product I needed, and Jay quickly verified everything for me. She also explained that even though I was a business client, I could still complete the transaction in-store, which made the process much easier.
So me and my service dog took a stroll into the store, and the entire staff welcomed us with open arms — although I think my dog may have gotten the most attention! ?
Jay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She immediately understood what I needed, got everything sorted quickly, and clearly explained everything I needed to know to get my service up and running properly. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with.
I’m very happy with the service I received and truly appreciate Jay’s professionalism and excellent customer care. T-Mobile is lucky to have her on the team!

“I just went to this store on Xmas eve and Zen helped me connect my new phone to T-Mobile. They close at 5pm that day and I came in 445 or 450pm. I just got the phone at 4pm (2ND DAY FEDEX)and he went and helped even though it was past 5pm. I'm very grateful to Zen and Vince working overtime”

I originally just came in to pay my bill, but the Assistant Manager, Shanjida, ended up helping me switch to a postpaid account and get a new phone. She was extremely patient with me because I had a lot of questions, and she took the time to answer every single one without rushing me. “I had an amazing experience with the T Mobile representative Noel who helped me choose the perfect cell phone and accessories to suit my lifestyle. Noel was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand what I needed instead of pushing me toward the most expensive option. “Something told me to check on this stores review because of the customer Lyubov that left such and insulting lying review on these guys. These gentlemen tried helping her in every way because her billing was a tad bit messed up due to t-mobile funky system and she kept on so rude even insulted the manager about her $800 bill being his monthly pay cheque which he defended himself and told her to not watch his pockets that this is professional business and he does not want to make it a personal matter. She was then using his personal cellphone for her to talk to customer service with which she kept insulting and pointing fingers in his face where he then asked for her to let customer service know to call her by her personal phone so he can have his cellphone back and go back to his place of work. This team is super nice. Super attentive, very good gentlemen. Awesome location.”

“I visited there to pay my bill in cash, I was informed that the machines were removed 2 years ago. I was assigned a niece gentlemen who reviewed my account and gave me instructions. I walked out sharing pleasantries and,but left my wallet there. I went to a nearby store and when I was about to pay, that is when I realized I did not have my wallet. This is New York! I went to my car, thinking it fell in there, I found nothing! I keep my personal items tagged, so went to my phone and saw that it was in the T-Mobile shop, I ran back thinking I left it out in the open. My wallet is a card holder and money clip style with $150 bucks cash exposed. As soon as I walked 1through the door the gentlemen that helped me shouted wallet, the manager went to a desk and handed me my wallet wrapped in sealed plastic! This is just another reason why I wouldn't switch my service no matter what the competition is offering! Thank You! Sorry I dont recall their names, hopefully this will be seen by management!”

However, we were fortunate to be helped by the sales expert, Cesar. His friendly greeting, deep knowledge, and sheer professionalism completely changed our experience. He was incredibly patient, answering all our questions without any pressure, and took the time to explain everything clearly. www Because of Cesar's excellent attitude and expertise, what started as a casual look around ended with us feeling completely confident to sign up for four new phone lines and T-Mobile Home Internet! “I want to say a huge thank you to Mo, the ASM for helping me to get my mom’s phone back up and running. She is older and needs to stay connected especially in the case of an emergency. I received a warranty phone from Care and it was an issue. Thankfully going into the store Mo stayed calm and cool like the other side of the pillow and ensured that the phone worked and my mom was good for work tomorrow. The store was also extremely busy but the team was engaged with every client and people were leaving happy and content! “Had to return a spectrum box, thank goodness i arrived as soon as the store opened because they usually only have 1 person behind the register and 1 on the floor to help with questions. This store can get crowded quickly so arrive as early as you can.”
“A short stop+a quick word to review. I had to come out and replace and upgrade my old Galaxy Z Flip 3 to the newer Z Flip 6. The top of my Z Flip 3 had stopped functioning so therein lies the reason for the stop. Justin was the rep that helped me out and was patient. Unfortunately, they didnt have the phone in the particular color that I was seeking and I had to go to the Kings Plaza location, but that didnt stop Justin from being helpful. He let me keep USB-C dongle that allowed me to use a mouse to access the top apps on my phone. He also helped me set up my Z Flip 3 replacement phone that I received. A good rep all around.
