The staff didn't have my package but let me know when it would be available for pick up. They were respectful and had a fast moving line while working late into the night and line was long they seemed to have it under control. Great location and service.

Rafael was dismissive and turning people away at 7:49. People were already in line the floor was closed. He also named that he was the manager and turned several people zest who have been waiting. The disregard for community members is completely unacceptable.
