The UPS Store in Brooklyn offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding and faxing. It is locally owned and the only one in the area, so it gets busy and the space can feel cramped. The employees are unfailingly kind, patient, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, upbeat, humorous and positive. They work hard to move swiftly and deliver a positive experience, handling Amazon returns, Happy Returns, UPS shipping and passport photos. The staff is very nice, super professional and truly caring, with fair rates. With managed expectations, customers report a good and even fun experience.

Some of the staff are horrible. The man who helps me is wonderful- 3 stars for him. I don’t understand why people inflict their misery on others.

I’ve had a mailbox at this location for ten years. As the only UPS store servicing the heart of park slope it is very busy, but the owner Camille is always available for my shipping and notary needs.
