You need to make an appointment. & They also do the photo. you must arive within 5 minutes of your apointment time.

When I asked a question to a staff member behind the glass, they just stared back at me like I was an idiot. They made eye contact with me, heard my question, and decided to get up and walk away as if I wasn't there........rude and unprofessional. As for the other staff, they were kind.

I made an appointment online, availability was decent. When I got to the post office I already had the application form for my child's new passport filled out and I was all done and out of there in exactly 12 min. REALLY! Best experience I've ever had with an initial passport application.
