This place is a HOT MESS. How you open at 9am but no one’s working even at 0920. Then everyone just piles up in a humongous line with no direction or an end in sight.

This place confuse people for service. I had been waiting one line 1 for postage. A Spanish woman tell me to go line 4 for postage which is for passport and appointment services. Which make me go through argument with skip line. Plus the floor which there is no line
