The United States Postal Service receives generally positive reviews for its friendly and helpful staff, with customers praising their patience, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond. One staff member, Ms. Thomas, is specifically appreciated for her attentive and patient handling of passport applications. Customers also note that the service quality is good, with consistent package drop-offs and friendly interactions. However, some challenges are mentioned, such as long lines and busy pickup counters that can make dropping off packages less convenient. A few reviewers shared positive experiences with staff like Mention, who was instrumental in locating and successfully delivering a package, demonstrating dedication and competence. Customers also appreciated staff who checked and called supervisors when issues arose, showing good customer service even when problems like misinformed package locations occur. One reviewer was surprised to find the office almost empty at midday and was pleased that a clerk managed to scan all their packages despite internet issues, clarifying that there are no limits on the number of packages that can be dropped off at one time. Overall, the USPS location is known for its helpful staff and decent service, despite occasional inconveniences like long lines.
People at the counter always have an attitude. Don't give them a hard time. They don't want to talk to you, but they have to

I had the mailman falsey mark package as delivered and got turned away in person by the lady working there, don't bother calling they don't pick up the phones, and in person they just told me they are too busy to pick them up and too busy to send me email or anything i find that hard to belive.

One of the clerks is extremely rude to anyone who even asks a question. And I keep getting charged for packages that don't even weigh an ounce because they sneakily added fees without asking for my permission.
