My other tires weren't much better and they were able to get delivered 3 more so that within an hour, I had four good tires and was back on the road. They were friendly and quick. “Jimmy and Albert are incredible professionals that went above and beyond for my rim and tire issue. Long story short, rim got badly damaged, needed 2 new tires. My dealership did not want to support me in getting service as well as a loaner. The gentlemen at Jimmy’s were able to get me same day service through my protection plan. Albert spent hours on the phone with my insurance company fighting to get my claim approved. Ultimately, he succeeded and they were able to give me a brand new set up the next day. Only dealing with them moving forward. If I could give them more than 5 starts I would.”
