“Got the truck I ordered. It was clean and pristine. Ended up keeping it another day which was easy to take care of online.
Be aware of the mileage they give you, I ordered 60 miles at $1.09 a mile then found out they gave me 60 miles with the reservation. I drove 43 miles and was never given anything back or credit for the unused miles.
Not a big deal to me but definitely worth watching for in the future.”

“The super professional gentleman who owns the location (Mo possibly?) was absolutely fantastic! Was able to get me checked in and off within a reasonable time. I will state that this location is in the city so if I had anything larger than the 10' truck I had it made have been difficult to get it into the available lot. Although it wasn't his responsibility the owner was super helpful about getting the care trailer connected to my truck; Thank you so much! His store was well stocked & very clean and I wish I hadn't of eaten earlier so I could've tried some of their fresh food. Thank you again.”

“The team at the Bailey Budget were amazing with our rental. The rental process was easy and when we had a small engine issue on our trip to Canada, the team really went above and beyond. Steve and team organized a tow to cross back into the US and had 4 of their staff meet us on a Sunday at the building to personally help load our stuff from the old truck to the new one. That type of quick pivoting and help was greatly appreciated and I would recommend the team there without a doubt.”

“I often need to rent vehicles from this location and have yet to be let down. They have a wide variety of vehicles onsite. Tuesday, was there picking up a vehicle for work travel and was able to witness the outstanding customer service provided in a very high stress interaction. The associate politely educated and humored the customer although from what I witnessed, the customer was wrong. I could appreciate the associate keeping his cool and adhering to company policy without being rude or condescending.”
“Guy working by himself with a line that had between 6 and 10 customers at a time did a remarkable job getting people in and out and into their rental. This guy should be commended for doing his job with poise and accuracy , not once did he get flustered. Uhaul owes it to this guy to somehow be compensated for his work. He did his job the way he was taught and but even went beyond. Job well done”

“This is my go to spot for rentals. I hate the air port and other spots. Bruce is always very professional greets you when you walk in…makes for a good easy experience. Can’t forget about Vinny and Frank, they also make the rental experience an easy one and have always been helpful with any problems if any. The young man who cleans out the cars James is also very nice. The Whole Main Street team is awsome. Iv seen reviews of people saying they are rude I’m sure it was definitely the customer who was rude. IV NEVER HAD AN ISSSUE AND IV BEEN RENTING CARS FROM THIS LOCTION OVER 10 yrs. More frequently recently and I’ll send anyone their way. You can’t be rude to people in customer service and expect customer service to not be rude back, the customer isn’t always right!”
