About Alamo Rent A Car
Alamo Rent A Car at Buffalo Airport provides a generally efficient and positive rental experience, noted for its fast service and short waiting lines compared to other companies. Many customers report an easy process, with representatives ready upon arrival allowing them to grab keys and go, and a similarly simple vehicle return with no lines. Staff are frequently described as kind, courteous, and skilled in resolving issues effortlessly. However, some aspects need re-engineering, as the check-in and out process can be confusing. Some customers express unhappiness with added fees beyond the base rate, including car rental sales tax and concession fees. While staff often work helpfully with customers to extend rentals or clarify options like fuel, there can be occasional system errors leading to pricing discrepancies that require manager intervention to resolve. Overall, Alamo is recognized for great deals, discounts, and a standard of customer care that encourages repeat business.
