I can't even give them a star. The service was terrible. The car was terrible. The entire experience was TERRIBLE. We waited for our dirty 'reserved' car for almost two hours and still didn't even get the one that we reserved. Don't rent a car here!!!

We've been standing in line for 90 minutes so far just to pick up a reserved rental. Highly recommend avoiding this place. So dismal.
