“I was prepared to hate this place when they took over my First Niagara branch. I was upset about First Niagara being sold and then I was surprised to learn that not all the branches would become Key Bank. I had never heard of this regional bank from northwest Pennsylvania. I marched in shortly after they opened planning to take all my money out and put it with a local bank like Evans or a credit union. I was greeted my friendly and knowledgeable employees, many who seemed familiar from the First Niagara days. I asked them why new customers were getting $200 for new accounts and I got nothing for the switch over in which I had no choice. They explained I had been grandfathered in to an excellent checking account with perks NWSB does not otherwise offer which includes free unlimited ATM withdrawals from an US ATM. I use online banking and the app quite frequently, but every once in awhile you need to pop into an actual branch. I'm lucky this is my local branch and glad that a bank would stay invested in this transitioning neighborhood where not too long ago, thus census tract had a median household income of about $27,000. A bank I can walk to where everyone is friendly and happy to see you. The security guard might actually be the nicest person in there, and he's certainly got stiff competition. What more could I want?”

They go above and beyond to assist me if any problems occur, which I’ve never had any problems occur with them all transactions go very smoothly. When you call or go into the branch, genuine human beings actually help you. And they’re friendly! “I have been a member here since 1975. At no time during this time was I ever disappointed with the service that I received. Over the years, I have taken out several loans including a mortgage. Since Credit Unions have lower rates repayment was easier than through other venues Parking is plentiful, off street, and secured by fencing. Access is granted through a camera and buzzer system so security is never a concern. Due to the nature and location of the business, English and Ukrainian are spoken by the employees. The office is simple with no embellishments. There is no waiting room but I have never experienced more than a 5 minute wait for service. This is no "backwater" business. Online options equal to the banks are available including bill payment. If possible for you to join, you will never regret doing it”

“I have been with this credit union for over 10 years now and I've never had any problems. Service is always good, the cashier's are always friendly even when the lines are long. They helped me finance a couple cars and take a couple vacations.My biggest complaint is they really need an expanded parking lot if it's always going to be filled with oversized trucks, but I suppose that not really their fault.”
