“I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge the excellent service I received at the KeyBank on Ridge Road in Lackawanna. I don’t usually stop at this location, but I’m glad I did. The two tellers working were courteous, pleasant, and truly sincere something that seems to be fading in today’s world. My teller who I believe was Beca was especially went out of their way to be friendly and engaging. It reminded me of how banking used to feel.”
