“I had an issue with my account and zelle. The teller I originally spoke to was courteous and helpful, gave me the number to call but I lost it. So I went back in and spoke to another rep that had a desk. She listened to my concern and after explaining my problem, she knew what the solution was. She was extremely helpful and friendly. Solved my problem! And did it with a smile. I don't know what her ambitions are but she is definitely on her way!”
