“They have a number of items for $5.00. Could not find any chocolate frogs though which they had for years. There were a few butter beer candies but not the same as a chocolate frog.”

“This store has a lot of well known products plus some basic brands at a great price. I honestly buy some stuff here rather than Wegmans or Walmart because of the pricing. Employees are nice and the manager is always great when asking for help. And a big plus for me is that I find several Mexican products and other basic ones that I like more than in other store chains.”
“Every so often pop into your five below store.i find discount gifts for kids for Halloween lately instead of giving candy, which is better for them, plus they enjoy it more. Especially my special few neighbor kids or my granddaughter. You never know what they'll have. Always pleasant surprise.”

Only problem is that the stuff you get does last long and every now and then the thing like earphones and certain stuff won't work or will for a week maybe two. Before you have to go back and get the same thing again. However. The workers in the store are friendly and do their best to make your shopping trip a good one.”

“I absolutely LOVE this place. Oftentimes I find myself in need of a swift kick out the door. I spend so much but gain enormously. If I spent what I do anywhere else, I'd be walking out with 1 outfit. Here, that turns into 4-5-6 outfits. Your money goes a long way here, AND with name brands as well. But definitely make sure to try on those questionable sizes, because if you're a 36 waist normally, ya may find yourself fitting into a 32 waist here. You have to search, because that gem of clothing may be hiding in a place it shouldn't be. Quality Work(skilled labor) clothes for sure. All at fractions of normal prices. I literally have to kick myself out of here. But I leave begrudgingly satisfied and Happy. You will wonder why you shop anywhere else after stepping inside this store.”
“I love the store but this location in particular never has any workers or there have been times there was only one person working in the entire store. No manager or assistant manager to be of assistance to cashier or to customers who needed managerial advise.”
“This store has a massive selection of pop,teas,coffees,waters etc. You don't have to drive around town looking for what you want. Its selection of snacks,candy and home decor is pretty awesome to and you get to avoid the crowds. They also have a self service checkout now.”

“The store is conveniently located on Abbott Road directly across from McDonald's and Abbott Plaza. The actual store itself is remarkably clean and well stocked. I can usually find everything I'm looking for; prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. It really helps to build positive interactions instead of feeling ignored which is pretty much the norm in most convenience stores. Getting familiar with employees also keeps customer relations amicable.”

“South odgen store #5273 . I went in the store got a couple things I was a assistant there b4 I because a store Mgr in orchard park #7547 . Store was cleaned organized I talked to Mgr Laurie on duty very nice . Since dollar tree bought the store name out unfortunately things have gotten pricier but that's the way our economy is right now . If corporate reads this it's all about customer service that's how I was as a store manager if u don't have customer service u don't have a store reward your great employees on board . Better than Seneca st location #7610 .”
“I have to say...I am very impressed with the overall condition of this location. The staff here was full of smiles and very nice and welcoming ! I frequent this location when in the area and have NEVER seen it look so CLEAN and ORGANIZED! The staff have really put A LOT of effort into getting this location to look this AMAZING ! Kudos to the staff who worked hard to accomplish this! Those of us who work at dollar general locations are aware of how hard and almost impossible a feat like this is! It's easy to drop comments and point fingers at the workers of these stores and say they should be fired. Most of you have no clue how hard it is to work the register and stock shelves along with checking dates and deliveries and assisting customers with only two people on schedule! It's a daily fight to keep the shelves organized. As a customer you don't stop to think about that item you decided you didn't want and you put it anywhere but where you grabbed it from....Adding more work to the employees already long list of things to get done! So ... I say to the employees who made this accomplishment possible..... JOB WELL DONE!!!! YOU DESERVE MUCH PRAISE! To the customers leaving the rude comments... Why not help these employees to keep this location looking good? Put items back where you got them from if you decide not to purchase...when grabbing an item off a shelf, don't make a mess of everything around that item... If you damage an item ..bring it to an employee instead of pushing it to the back of the shelf...and if you are physically able.... Bring that cart back to the front of the store... SMALL simple gestures such as these REALLY do make a HUGE difference! Keep up the good work guys!!! Thank you for making my shopping experience here a very pleasing one!!”
“I went in today to get a few things and the cashier says hi then walked to the back of the store. I waited a few minutes then rang the bell. Waited couple more minutes and rang the bell again. I left my things at the counter and left. Usually I have a pretty good experience here but not today.”
