“Went to metro yesterday to switch my service from tmobile to metro and it was such a pleasant experience. The employee working was so helpful and made in super easy to switch. Explained everything in a way that was very understandable. I thought it was gonna take forever but he got me all switched in under a half hour. “I went into the store to inquire what the cost of removing the rear cover of my phone would be, they not only removed the rear cover, they inserted the Simm card as a complementary service.
