Gives me the control over what im willing to pay and often gets me a cheap frag that becomes a treasured fav! The livestock is healthy, typically opens shortly after introduction and has survived some unfortunate LPS alk instability where corals from other places did not.The online service - especially Randy- goes above and beyond during the entire process, from sales to ensuring safe arrival - and even with prompt answers to tank and coral questions anytime. With all the shipping challenges - like weather, work schedules, etc., this is important to a landlocked reefer. BTW, ARC's shipping prices during sales are the best I've seen.Even when I don't intend to buy, I love getting notified about an upcoming ARC Auction and will often watch. I usually end up buying. Love this store!

He is somewhat skittish, but CAT V did a beautiful job on him. His cut turned out even better than I imagined it would. Recently, my office moved so we tried sending ozzie to a new daycare that was closer to home and safe to say we will be spending the extra commute to bring him back to Pawprints by Penny. It's apparent how much the staff genuinely love the dogs and how well they care for them compared to other daycares. Ozzie is always excited when we get there in the morning and exhausted and happy when we pick him up. This is a great place to bring your dog for some exercise and socialization during the day and I 100% trust them and feel comfortable sending my dog here!

The assistant and vet were both super nice and patient. The vet was super gentle with rexie, and rexie actually let her hold her head. I was so shocked. But of course, once she realized what happened, she didn't let her do it again, lol. They also helped me stay in my budget, which was perfect. But rexie did perfect, and so did they. 100% will be coming back in the future. Wonderful people who work there.

Thankfully, I was able to speak with the McClelland staff and schedule a new patient appointment with no problem. When we arrived, we were quickly greeted with a friendly welcome. All the staff members were attentive and courteous. Dr. Carrig provided a thorough exam on our kitten, while answering our questions and fully addressing our concerns. You can tell he is very knowledgeable, and passionate about his profession. Upon arrival The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I found the waiting room to be clean and spacious. I watched how they took care of dogs that were there for surgery and separating from their owners. They took the upmost care and responsibility for these peoples pets. That made me very happy we were brought back into a room. My dog was very frightened, and the doctors and the staff took very good care of him, he was given a few vaccinations. It was a very pleasant experience and cost-effective. Thank you so much

The Family Companion

I love that they use positive reinforcement with treats and praise rather than the shock collar training I saw many other places use. With just this 7-week class alone my dog is able to know basic commands from sit, down, stay, come etc. We are excited for the Canine Good Citizens Training program coming up next and the summer walks that Gary has planned!! Cannot thank you all enough!!

Others have noted it is cozy and we'd agree. There are some large four top tables and plenty of games to enhance your experience. The second level provides a bunch of extra seating options. It has an eclectic theme with unique decor. There is limited outdoor seating as well.

The DOP experience didn't end with the pizza though as we also had an amazing pasta dish and crisp, fresh salads. Italy in Amherst! Great staff. An all round wonderful dining experience.
