“We'd give 10 if we could. After our (former) 2021 Prius Prime was T-boned by a motorhome mounted on a Dodge Ram truck at 50 mph, we need a new car. That one was total - yet we walked away with only broken ribs. (Toyota's side airbags and emergency operator system worked perfectly).After other Toyota dealers harassing us with bait-and-switch offers for Certified Used Toyotas, which NOT Priuses, not small, etc., I put a call in to Waite Toyota in Waertown - about 5 hours from our house - on a Friday.Matt Spencer was the salesperson I reached, and he was a gentleman from start to finish. We drove home with our replacement 2021 Prius Prime (this happened to be an LE) Sunday. No upsells, no hassles about money or manager intervention, we got an additional 800 dollars off (we asked for 1,000 off) a good 2021, just like the car that had SAVED OUR LIVES, and in a safe, BRIGHT color that can be seen in all weather. All paperwork, taken care of fast. IN ADDITION, he sent a handwritten, personal thank you note, that was not just BS but showed he remembered us.I would drive 5 hours any time to get such a great experience. Sincerely, Anita P.”
“Can’t say enough great things about this place. I was in a tight spot with getting my RAM inspected due to a problem with the license plate marker lights being out, and I was in need of both connectors and a section of wiring to splice into my harness due to the corrosion on my truck’s current setup. I couldn’t find what I needed at the local parts stores and online results were coming up empty. I stopped into this business and though she doubted they had anything as new as my RAM in their yard, she said I was free to pick and pull. As luck would have it there was an older Ram that shared the same setup and I was able to get what I was looking for.! Amazing place and great customer service”
“Lacey’s towing absolutely the best! My truck got stuck in mud and ice and needed to be pulled out from the side of the road. At 11pm I called four different towing companies and none of them answered or returned my call. One towing company said they would be there in 30 min and never showed. I called Lacey’s towing and the owner was friendly professional. He arrived at my location within 15 minutes as promised and my truck was out in 20 min. He took care to not cause any damage to property or my truck. I highly recommend Lacey’s towing as your number on source for affordable and fair prices! Thanks Lacey’s towing!”
“Highly recommend!! They are very great!! With all our hopes almost gone after going to mostly all the mechanics (or at least call them and told them about our problem with a diagnosis code we got from one auto shop but to end up either asking for another diagnostic scan with a higher fee or can't help at all). Called Bigelow and told them our problem, gave them the codes that were given to us and Scott (please correct me if I named the manager wrong lol), knows what we are talking about and gave us that hope that we needed! They work fast with the appointment time they provided. Really great customer service. They will tell you if they can and can't. Pretty straightforward as well. Most likely never going back to other auto shops.”
