“The staff at this UPS store are super friendly, hard working, and extremely professional. I rent a mail box from the UPS Store because I do a large amount of online business and stop in an a daily basis, and all my orders are always ready for me to pick-up when I come. I highly recommend them for any/all business needs!”
“There was an employee there today (8/23/26 afternoon) I think his name was Christian? He was so busy managing the amazon /ups return line and regular customer line while also answering the phone a few times. He was extremely pleasant and efficient and helpful all at the same time, I just wanted to share!”
“Christian and Rome in Print amrketing services are always so kind and wonderful to work with. They always get our jobs done in a timely manner and are great at giving feedback on projects when you need them.”

“This branch is completely unprofessional. They keep putting my mail in the wrong parcel locker, and when I go in to speak with the supervisor, Vanessa, she is never in the office.
Mr Lasheik promise to find the mail after work. He went to pick my mail from the mail box and return it to my address. I really appreciate helping me find my mail. Thank you sir.”
“I made a delivery here with a semi truck. This place was really easy to find as it's very close to I-81. Backing into the docks was slightly difficult but only because the truck lot is under construction. It looked like they were expanding the parking lot so I would imagine that once it's done, backing into the docks will be a breeze. I don't have any complaints otherwise.”
