I will definitely always recommend them, had a wonderful experience in store.”

From the moment my son and I walked into the store he greeted us and asked if we needed help. He was so patient and helped us look for different styles of shoes for my son. Poor guy took out like 6 boxes of shoes and all though none fit my son I left the store very happy with Damon’s great customer service assistance and great advice and suggestions. Thank you once again Damon for all of your help!”
“My wife and I stopped in to buy a suit for my father in law who recently passed away, and we were unsure of his size. The woman who works there was incredibly helpful with figuring out what we needed, and at a reasonable price. When she learned of the occasion/what we were shopping for, she was beyond sympathetic and compassionate. During a time of loss she had us both laughing, and we walked out with smiles on our faces. During our conversation she asked about the services being held, and to our surprise she came to offer her condolences at the wake. Nowadays it’s rare to meet a genuinely nice and sincere person, so the experience at Robert’s was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend shopping here if you’re looking for exceptional service!!”

“I came here this past weekend with my aunt who's elderly and needed shoes with good arch support. There was one woman by the door who was on her phone the entire time and did not move to help anyone for over 15 minutes. BUT there was another girl named Hailey and she was running up and down the entire store. She was at the cash register, on the floor, and in the back with no help. When I first came in she helped me with every single thing I needed for my aunt. She took her time, was sweet, and gave every single person she came in contact with the same exact energy. She was patient and was more than helpful. This was my first time coming here but I will definitely be back.”
